Make sure that the Graphics Card is fully updated. Also make sure the the Graphics card is not built in. You want one that has Dedicated Video Memory of over 1GB.

But attach the file here for me to look at, and make sure you ZIP it up first otherwise it will not attach to your Forum Post.

When this happens to me, I hit the “Top” view button, then View – All and then it comes back. I have no idea why it does this but it’s happened on every version since V22.

If that doesn’t work, I hit “Save”, close the file, then re-open.

*Multiple computers, different brand of graphics cards, integrated/dedicated, makes no difference. I would love for BobCAD to solve this.

What exactly is happening? are lines disappearing or what exactly is happening. be sure that your Graphics card is not built into the Computer and has a Dedicated Video Memory over 1 Gigabyte.

I am a new user, learnig the program. Still I have seen this happen also in V25, usually when using the Ctrl + right mouse button to 3d rotate the view. The poof, “white screen” sorting through the views. Sometimes TOP would bring it back. If not I was afraid to hit “save” thinking I would loose my file. So I just closed it, and reverted back to my last save position when reopened.

Sorry I can’t be more help.. but I with you… I’ve seen this a few times too.
