I have version V26 that we purchsed in November of last year and I can not update it. It says my user account has expired. Do you have to pay to update the software after a certain time frame?
Support is required to get the latest updates of the software. When the software is purchased, you are provided 45 days of support in which you can get any updates that are released during that time frame, along with having a post(s) created and questions answered. After the 45 days, all software updates and technical questions require an active support contract with BobCAD-CAM.
