V24 problem with engraving (37 posts)

Must be something in the code that the machine control doesn`t like, does the machine normally run with I and J commands for the arcs or does it usually prefer an R with a radius, only thing I can think of unless it need the arcs breaking up into smaller quadrants ? ?

how many digits is the post outputting , if 3 , then output 4, see if this helps
my milltronics does this sometimes

just tried the last arc fit file on my machine with v25, which is the one that generated the file in v24 , it crashes also, don’t have a clue ,

I believe it had to do with my settings. Maybe the tolerances are set wrong. I’ll play with it later, I need to go make some $$$

I found the program out put seems to be good however when I transfer it to the machine it gets distorted causing the alarms to go off. I need to look into my Griffo settings. Its weird how I can send over stored programs with out a problem. Even small programs go over but this big one has issues.
