Lua Plug-in Registry Key

In order to enable the Lua Plug-in capabilities in BobCAD-CAM, a registry key must be added to the system.  We have chosen to not enable this by default, as it is very early in the development and we wish to hide this from the generic users at this time.

Inside the following registry key:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BobCAD-CAM\BobCAD V##\Test

the value IsEnableLuaPlugin must be created as a DWORD and set to 1
