PointIncremental.png Point Incremental

Introduction

The Point Incremental function creates a point at an incremental distance from a reference point, which can be a point or the snap point of a wireframe entity. To perform the function, you specify the change in position from the reference point, and then you select the reference point. The point is automatically created without the need to confirm the selection.

TIP:   You can use this function to create points at the snap points of wireframe entities by setting the Delta X, Delta Y, and Delta Z values to zero. Using this method (and snap points), the function can also work like Point Arc Center.

The Data Entry Parameters

The following parameters specify the where the incremental point is created from the reference point.
