Unwrap UnwrapThe Unwrap function unwraps cylindrical geometry to create groups of 2D geometric entities.
The Unwrap Rotation Center Axis group defines the rotational center of the cylinder. Select one of the following options:
When the rotational center of the cylinder is located directly on an axis, select the appropriate axis:
X-Axis
Y-Axis
Z-Axis
Pick Axis - select this option to select a line as the center of rotation. You select the line in the second step of the Unwrap function, after selecting the cylinder geometry.
User Defined - select this option to define the center of rotation using the two parameters as follows:
Origin - type the X, Y, and Z values to define the start point of the User Defined line.
Direction - type the X, Y, and Z values to define the direction of the User Defined line from the Origin.
