Steep Shallow Operation Overview
Introduction
The purpose of the Steep Shallow operation is to clean material away from the target part by tracing around the intersecting X,Y plane one depth at a time on the steep features of the part while tracing intersecting planes parallel to the Z axis one pass at a time in the shallow areas of the part.
