Introduction
The Skim Cut operation may be performed before or after the Tab Cut. The Skim Cut operation is generally applied to the entire profile with lower power settings to then create the desired finish for the part using one or more passes.Exactly how this operation is performed is dictated by the settings in the subsequent pages of the operation.
