The Wire EDM Wizard Overview

Introduction

The Wire EDM Wizard

When creating machining features, you use the Wire EDM Wizard to define the parameters for the feature and all operations contained in the feature. The first six pages of the Wire EDM Wizard handle the feature-level parameters. The feature-level parameters are explained in the following topics for all Wire EDM features.

Modifying the Wizard and Feature Parameters

After finishing the wizard, the Wire EDM Feature in the CAM Tree is used to modify the wizard as well as various feature settings including the chain direction/Start Point.
