Make Arcs Tangential

The Make Arcs Tangential Function
The Make Arcs Tangential function corrects the tangency of arc segments. To perform the function, you select geometry and press the Space bar to accept the selection.
Navigation
To open Make Arcs Tangential:
- In the Reorganize group, of the Utilities ribbon, click Make Arcs Tangential.
The Data Entry Parameters
Parameters
- Minimum Angle - sets the smallest amount of deviation from tangency allowed for the selected segments.
- Maximum Angle - sets the largest angle of deviation that is corrected for the selected segments.
Selected Geometry
(Delete) - removes the highlighted item from the Selected Geometry list. (Delete All) - removes all entities from the Selected Geometry list. |

The list will display all entities currently selected for the function. |
- OK - finalizes the function.
- Cancel - exits the function.
Quick Steps - Make Arcs Tangential
- Open the function.
The Selected Geometry list automatically has focus. - Set the Parameters.
- Select the geometry the lines and arcs which are to be made tangent.
The geometry is added to the Selected Geometry list. - Click OK.
The arcs which could be made tangent, within the constraints of the parameters, are made tangent. - Repeat a necessary.
- Click Cancel to exit the function.
