Smoothing

The Smoothing feature smooths the surface of an embossed model. There are two methods to use. One method smooths the entire model. The second method only smooths the area within a selected boundary. The amount of smoothing is determined by the Smoothing Window Size.

Note: When selecting geometry as a boundary to contain the smoothing operation, the Smooth Whole Model option is disabled. So, if you select the Smooth Whole Model check box, and select geometry as a boundary, only the boundary area is processed. If you clear the Smooth Whole Model check box, and you do not select geometry, then no smoothing is performed.

After defining the parameters, you use the Emboss Features in the BobART Tree to finish creating, or edit, the feature.
