Introduction

This topic explains the options found in the Operation(s) > Raw Text page of the Probing dialog.

Raw Text

The Raw Text page allows you to create output to include in the posted code, and dictate whether the output has line numbers or not. The raw text can be anything from comments, to additional code or macros.

 

Tip: Refer to your controller manual to learn how to create if/then statements to handle values returned by the cycles. This can be extremely helpful when a broken tool is found.

 

Raw Text

  • Output in NC Program

    Select this check box to output the text in the posted code.

    When this check box is cleared, the text in the text field will not be output.

    • Add Line Numbers

      Select this check box to have line numbers output for the text.

      When this check box is cleared, line numbers will not be added to the text.
