CAM and Toolpath Questions

Before calling, email support at [email protected]. Include a description of the problem that is being encountered. Include the .sldprt file that is being used when possible. The original CAD file may be included as necessary. This allows our support team to have all of the information on record and speeds up the process of answering questions.
Make sure the BobCAM software is open and that the system is easily accessible from the phone terminal. If the computer is not near the phone the problem can still be addressed, but it may require more time to develop a resolution.

Before calling, make sure that the make and model for each controller being used with BobCAM are known. This allows our support team to provide fast and effective service.
