The latest BobCAD-CAM 5 Axis Standard CAD/CAM software offers powerful and affordable solutions for 3+2 CNC machining. The 5 Axis Standard module allows users to easily perform all of the drilling, 2 axis, and 3 axis operations on any face of the part that can be reached by the machine with indexing moves. The 5 Axis Standard module also includes the 5 Axis Wireframe based toolpath for trimming where the toolpath calculation is based on a wireframe drive curve with supporting orientation lines. The operator has control over tool orientation which makes programming complex parts easy. All of the power and functionality of the 3 Axis Standard and 4 Axis Standard module is included with the Mill 5 Axis Standard module.
