Two BobCAD-CAM employees, Rachel Rockwell and Melissa Hammen, decided to organize a donation drive for the company for the holidays this year. Three local charities in particular were chosen; The Humane Society of Pinellas, All Children”™s Hospital, and the Homeless Emergency Project (HEP). Collections started the first of December and continued until December 23rd. Donations included some extra large stuffed animals, food, clothes, blankets, puzzles, coloring books, dog treats, and first aid kits. In addition to the items collected, BobCAD also raised $80 for the Humane Society and $50 which was split between the other two charities.
Melissa and Rachel personally delivered the gifts to the Humane Society and All Children”™s Hospital, while HEP volunteers came to BobCAD and picked up the donations. BobCAD-CAM is happy to have participated in helping the community and would like to thank all the employees who donated.
