Tech Reception (Tier 1)
Competitive Hourly Wage based on Experience Full-Time
BobCAD is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Reception to provide our customers with excellent support services. You will work with the Technical team and assist with administrative functions.
What your role will be:
- Respond to multiple calls and create tickets for customer call backs
- Manage database entry
- Post Processor requests received and routed properly
- Refund calls handled per proper protocol and follow through to completion
- Licensing of software
- E-mailing customers
- Collection, reporting and posting of weekly statistics
- Registration of software
- Schedule training events with customers and entered into CRM
- Monitor and respond to Customer Support Chat system
What your roll will be:
- Ability to answer customer questions quickly, effectively, and politely by phone or e-mail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products. (Word, Excel, Planner, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to e-mail customers (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
- Ability to maneuver around the companies’ database quickly while servicing the customer
- Good verbal and written communication skills
These skills a plus:
- Typing at a speed of 40wpm
- Bilingualism
