I appreciate your follow up to service and would recommend your product to anyone looking for a cad program – there is some learning that I needed to do but the instruction videos and what is on YouTube was very helpful, providing those with your support line, I believe anyone can learn this program if they want to and it is not as difficult as some people say, especially if you are using it for cnc plasma cutting, which has become so popular.
I have contacted your customer support line several times and mostly spoke with Mike – 
your support line was fantastic – they helped me get the program and machine up and running and answered all my questions plus very timely. I called and left a message at one point and within 5 minutes Mike shot me an e-mail and said he was helping another customer and did not want to leave me hanging and that he would contact me as soon as he was finished with the other customer – that was great! – That kind of service does not happen very often anymore – I am extremely pleased.
